Ravtic LLC and its associated brands — including IT Pro Expert and ShellySoft — are committed to the absolute protection of user privacy across all software, browser extensions, and digital tools we develop and publish. This policy governs all products released under the Ravtic LLC umbrella.

We operate under a zero-compromise privacy model. This is not a vague corporate statement — it is a technical and architectural commitment built directly into how our software is designed. Our products are engineered from the ground up to operate entirely without collecting, transmitting, or monetising any user data whatsoever.

The following table represents a complete and exhaustive inventory of personal data collected by Ravtic LLC software products:

Some of our browser extensions, such as New Tab Google Custom, store a single user preference — the chosen redirect URL — using the browser's built-in chrome.storage.sync API. This mechanism is provided and managed entirely by the browser vendor (Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome).

• This data exists solely on your device and within your personal browser account sync — it is never transmitted to Ravtic LLC servers, because we operate no servers for this purpose.
• The stored value is only ever a URL string you explicitly provided. No metadata, no timestamps, no identifiers are attached.
• You can remove this data at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser's extension storage via browser settings.
• If your browser account is signed in and sync is enabled, the browser vendor may sync this setting across your own devices under their own privacy policy — not ours.

Ravtic LLC products contain absolutely no tracking, analytics, or telemetry code of any kind. The following technologies are explicitly absent from all our software:

• No analytics platforms — Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Plausible, or any equivalent are not embedded.
• No crash reporting — no Sentry, Bugsnag, or similar services that could transmit device or error data.
• No advertising SDKs — no ad networks, programmatic advertising, or sponsored content systems exist in our products.
• No fingerprinting — no canvas fingerprinting, font enumeration, or any passive device identification technique is used.
• No session recording — no screen capture, mouse tracking, heatmap, or replay tools are present.
• No external beacons or pixels — no hidden image requests, tracking pixels, or outbound pings to third-party servers.
• Exceptions — normal web browsing may leave IP related logs and this is how web browsing works.

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to share, sell, lease, or transfer. However, we state this explicitly for absolute clarity:

• Ravtic LLC will never sell, rent, or trade user data to any third party — including advertisers, data brokers, affiliates, or marketing companies.
• We will never share user data with external business partners, sponsors, or any commercial entity for any purpose.
• No government or law enforcement body can request data that does not exist. We hold no user records, logs, or identifiable information.
• Any future acquisitions, mergers, or transfers of Ravtic LLC assets will be bound by this policy, and users will be notified of any material change.
• Exceptions in specific software which will be 100% clear about this in the software may gather data like IP addresses to provide you a report/support/function but it will never be shared with anyone.
• We aim to use encryption on all data transfers where at all possible for maximum safety in transit.

Our software is developed with security-first principles at every stage of the development lifecycle. Products undergo internal review for the following:

• Minimal permission scope — browser extensions request only the permissions strictly necessary for their stated function. No broad host permissions are requested unnecessarily.
• No remote code execution — all logic is self-contained within the extension package. No code is fetched or executed from remote servers at runtime.
• Content Security Policy enforcement — inline script execution is restricted and all resources are declared statically in the manifest.
• Manifest V3 compliance — all browser extensions are built to the latest, most secure extension standard (MV3) as required by Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
• Code transparency — our extension source code is structured to be human-readable and auditable. We welcome independent security review.

Ravtic LLC products are general-purpose productivity and utility tools with no age-restricted content. Since we collect no personal information from any user of any age, we are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations worldwide by design. We do not knowingly interact with, profile, or store data relating to any individual, including minors.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our products, applicable law, or operational practices. Any material changes will be communicated via the relevant product's store listing and update notes. The effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of Ravtic LLC software following a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will never introduce data collection practices retroactively without explicit, clear notice and the opportunity to opt out by uninstalling the software.
